Thank you to the Alpha Roofing Team for the recent work and repair on our property. With Ryan’s help, the issues were identified quickly and repaired professionally. Many companies are able to meet that expectation. However, not every company truly stands behind their work the way Alpha Roofing did. We appreciate this kind of work ethic, in particular, as my father also owned a small business at one time. Reputation is very important. We have already suggested your company to several friends!

We trusted Darin/Alpha with two major roofing projects on our homes in the past, and as a real estate agent I have used Alpha with clients. I have never been disappointed, and the quality of work is second to none. Alpha’s bids for work are generally less than other local companies. Easy call to make whenever I need their services.

Working with Alpha Roofing and Emily was really easy. The estimate was turned around very quickly, and came in under the estimate from the insurance company. They worked with us on the installation date, delaying at our request until it was a good time for us. The installation was very quick; while it was noisy as they told us, it was bearable (dogs were in the basement den with the TV on). Clean up was great. Gutters were done by a subcontractor that was less than ideal; they did not call in advance, and they did not pick up roofing nails that fell out of the gutter when they removed it (luckily I found them before the dogs’ feet did). They were quick, and they did take care of a rotting so fit at a reasonable price. Alpha used an impact-resistant shingle that our insurance rep said will reduce our premium. We have also noticed (or not noticed) that we can’t really hear the rain on the roof anymore.

Ryan came out to inspect a leak on our flat roofed business. He advised our roof was in good shape but he inspected our leak with diligence and utmost detail until he got to the bottom of our problem. It turned out to be a leaking sprinkler system cap in the ceiling. This was after another commercial roofing company said we had defects (that were never there) and tried to saddle us with a $1500 repair. We had a plumber fix the leak in 5 minutes and saved us quite a bit. Although we weren’t customers we appreciate the honesty and integrity of Alpha Roofing. Two thumbs up guys.

Darin Lutz and his crew did a wonderful job on my roof. He worked well with my insurance and got the job done in a timely fashion after a major storm. When small problems developed, he took care of it ASAP. Five years later roof is still awesome. Honesty, Integrity and experience sums it up nicely.

We have had experience with Alpha roofing in our commercial building and our home and both experiences have been great. Getting a new roof is not my favorite thing to do, but the staff at Alpha made it as painless as possible by providing clear options and executing the job quickly. Thank you!
