Choose the color, style, and manufacturer with us. Our project manager will remain in touch with you throughout the process.
Once the contract and the selected shingles type and color are finalized, we'll schedule the installation process.
In most cases, materials will arrive within two days prior to installation.
Arrange to move the vehicles out of the garage and driveway on the day of installation to prevent them from getting blocked in.
Remove any expensive pictures, arts, and frames from the walls as they might fall off during the installation process due to the vibration.
We'll help you move over the artifacts, grills, tables, and landscaping to protect them from damage.
We'll need a source of electricity, which you can work out with your estimator before the work begins.
Expect two to three vehicles and a large debris trailer on your property during the installation process. The condition might be unfavorable to you, but in the end, you'll have a beautiful roof.
You can expect a lot of banging and vibrations, which will last for two to four days, depending on the size of the roof and the difficulty of the job.
We'll clean up the gutters and walkways after the re-roofing is done. We'll also check out the bushes, landscape, and yard with a magnet to ensure that no debris is left behind.
