"Ryan came out to inspect a leak on our flat roofed business. He advised our roof was in good shape but he inspected our leak with diligence and utmost detail until he got to the bottom of our problem. It turned out to be a leaking sprinkler system cap in the ceiling. This was after another commercial roofing company said we had defects (that were never there) and tried to saddle us with a $1500 repair. We had a plumber fix the leak in 5 minutes and saved us quite a bit. Although we weren't customers we appreciate the honesty and integrity of Alpha Roofing. Two thumbs up guys."

"After living in Lawrence for a couple of years I noticed a water spot in my living room. I tried two roofing companies. I called Alpha Roofing. My roof was repaired within a week. During the last crazy storm (6-19-17) water started leaking through a ceiling fan/light fixture. I called Alpha Roofing at 3:30 pm on (6-20). Someone called me back at 4:30 pm, and said they would be here at 8 am the next morning (6-21). At 8 am, a really nice person shows up at the door, finds a small gap where flashing maybe shifted (keep in mind that my house gets the worst of all the weather), and repaired it. They do great work. "

"Working with Alpha Roofing and Emily was really easy. The estimate was turned around very quickly, and came in under the estimate from the insurance company. They worked with us on the installation date, delaying at our request until it was a good time for us. The installation was very quick; while it was noisy as they told us, it was bearable (dogs were in the basement den with the TV on). Clean up was great. Gutters were done by a subcontractor that was less than ideal; they did not call in advance, and they did not pick up roofing nails that fell out of the gutter when they removed it (luckily I found them before the dogs' feet did). They were quick, and they did take care of a rotting so fit at a reasonable price. Alpha used an impact-resistant shingle that our insurance rep said will reduce our premium. We have also noticed (or not noticed) that we can't really hear the rain on the roof anymore."

"When we had a big hail storm a few years back, Darin and his crew did a GREAT job. They fit us in their busy schedule and worked well with our insurance company. They stand behind their work. When a minor problem developed Darin came right out and got it resolved. Not only will they be there for the initial roofing, but they'll be there years later when you do have a problem. Great roofer and my only choice in town for roofing. "

"Responsiveness on bid and scheduling went very well as did the roof replacement itself. Unfortunately this particular crew damaged the garage door to the point of replacement and some house siding. However Andrew and Emily were completely OUTSTANDING in getting this all taken care of and follow through. Very impressed with these two. They did such a fine job at customer service I would use them again."
